226 years of experience goes into every bottle of Jim Beam Bourbon Kentucky Straight Bourbon whiskey. Different from the others, we use an aging process of four years in new charred oak barrels. This gives Jim Beam bourbon its elegant, refined and smooth character and a slightly spicy, oaky vanilla aroma. Our medium-bodied bourbon brings mellow hints of caramel, vanilla, grain and oak flavor with a lightly sweet, toasted oak finish. Sip it neat, on the rocks, or mix it up with soda or ginger ale for a refreshing Jim Beam Whiskey Highball.

Ingredients:
25ml Jim Beam White
100ml Cold soda water
A lemon wedge
Glass: Highball glass
Ice: Cubed
Garnish: Lemon and/or lime
Method: Squeeze the lemon wedge and drop into the glass. Fill the glass with ice. Add the Jim Beam and top with soda. Add more ice if required. Stir once only with a bar spoon.
