Easy Measuring Lid 50g
Design to be easy to store, pour and measure
Break the perforations around the box, and slide the lid off
Use the indented line inside the lid to measure out a 50g portion of rice

Recipes
Mushroom Risotto
Serves 4
1 Soften 150g finely chopped onions over low heat for 15 mins.
2 Turn up the heat a little, add 250g finely diced chestnut mushrooms and cook until caramelised then add 2 finely chopped garlic cloves & cook for 2 mins.
3 Add 300g Carnaroli Risotto rice and stir, then add 300ml white wine, 100ml at a time, stirring until absorbed.
4 Add 1 litre vegetable stock the same way until all the liquid is absorbed, and the rice is almost cooked. It should take approximately 20 mins.
5 Add in 2 sprigs of chopped thyme, 50g grated Parmesan & 75g mascarpone, cook for a further 7 mins, gently stirring once or twice a minute. Add in a little water if it starts to stick.
6 Season to taste and serve, garnishing with rocket and a drizzle of truffle oil for an extra touch if desired.
Do not reheat.
