How to use
How Do I Use It?
STEP 1: DETAIL
Shake Brow Pen before use. Starting at the highest point of the brow, apply hair-like strokes in sparse areas. Use light pressure and work towards the end of the brow, applying in the direction of hair growth. Next, apply hair-like strokes through the front of the brow.
STEP 2: FINISH
Working off the back of the cap, swirl Brow Freeze into a spoolie brush and remove excess before applying. On clean brows, brush a small amount of Brow Freeze through the brow using the spoolie brush to tame hairs into place. Lay brow hairs down flat for a laminated effect. Keep Brow Freeze tightly sealed when not in use.
