The Shiraz comes from a windswept site along the Willunga escarpment and the Viognier, in which only the skins were used, just a tad east, down the road. It's beautiful to look at, the aromatics are lifted and spicy, while the palate is as silky and indulgent as it should be.

Vinification details
This wine was co-fermented with Viognier skins in stainless steel in a reductive fashion to ensure the wines are bright and fresh. It is carefully crafted with a vegan and vegetarian friendly approach. Post alcoholic fermentation, we put the wine through malolactic fermentation. We then leave the wine to age in French oak barrels to soften and mature before a final blending. Sterile filtration to 0.45µm takes place, before bottling.
