Preparation and Usage
The product may turn to liquid under warm conditions but this will not affect its quality or performance.
Make your coconut milk:
Pour 400ml boiling water into a jug and add 100g Blue Dragon Creamed Coconut Block. Stir until dissolved.
Serves 2
4 tbsp Blue Dragon Thai Green Curry Paste
1 tbsp vegetable oil 400ml coconut milk, (made using 100g Blue Dragon Creamed Coconut Block according to the instructions above)
400g chicken breast, thinly sliced
A handful of mangetout or green beans
Blue Dragon Fish Sauce and palm or caster sugar to taste
For the perfect Thai Green Curry, we use...

Sizzle: Fry your meat until cooked through, reduce heat to medium and gently fry the Thai paste for a minute.
