Always wash your hands before preparing food or drink for your baby or child. When freezing foods and liquids always cool before placing in the freezer. Follow the freezer manufacturers instructions for storage times and ensure the food is correctly labelled at the time of freezing. Always thaw foods thoroughly, alternatively defrost in a microwave. Always stir the food thoroughly and check the temperature before offering to your baby and never refreeze meals that have previously been frozen. Wash the freezer pots thoroughly in hot soapy water (or in top rack of a dishwasher) before using for the first time and after each use. Do not use abrasive or solvent based cleaning agents as this may cause damage. Boots freezer pots can be sterilised by any approved method. They are suitable for use in the microwave oven, but do not use the pots in a conventional oven.
