



These instant thickening granules are designed to thicken a variety of dishes including gravies, sauces, stews, and casseroles. They are suitable for vegetarians and made from potato starch, maltodextrin, palm fat, dried glucose syrup, and soya lecithin.
To use, bring your dish to a boil, remove from heat, stir in approximately 2 tablespoons per 300ml of liquid, then return to heat and stir until dissolved.
