Impossible noodles
Like many of our favourite products, crystal'noodles began with a kitchen experiment. We immediately fell in love with the moreish taste and glossy texture of these extra fine noodles; cooked, strained, then folded into Toshio's hand-crafted glaze.
Making noodles this way, with nothing but a cup and foil lid, was a complicated problem that needed a creative answer.
After 4 months of trial, error & more error we stumbled upon a miracle. Peel back the foil to find it.

2. Fill with boiling water to line & stand for 3 mins

4. Peel back draining film, add glaze & stir thoroughly
