Preparation and Usage
COOKING WITHOUT DEFROSTING
HOT PREPARATION
In a microwave oven: Let it cook for the indicated time in a suitable dish.
Microwave oven power level:
750 watts
For 300 g: 8 min
For 600 g: 18 min
900 watts
For 300 g: 6 min
For 600 g: 14 min
In a frying pan: Cook for 12 minutes on medium heat in a frying pan with some fat.
COLD PREPARATION:
In a microwave oven (defrost setting - 150 W): Defrost in a suitable dish: - For 150 g: 5 min - For 300 g: 8 min. Leave to rest for 5 minutes in the fridge before use.
In the refrigerator: 4 hours on a suitable dish in a single layer.
