Before use, run the mussels under cold water.
DEFROSTING: to eat it cold.
Casserole dish: Pour the desired amount of mussels into simmering water (1/2 litre for 500 g). Immediately turn off the heat and leave for 30s-1 min, then drain immediately.
Microwave oven (defrost setting - 150W): Place the desired amount in a suitable dish, turning half way through. 8-10 min for 250 g, 12-15 min for 500 g.
Fridge: Place the mussels in a suitable dish and cover them with stretchy plastic film. Leave to defrost for 4 h in the fridge.
COOKING WITHOUT DEFROSTING: to eat it warm.

Steamer: Place the mussels in a steaming basket, covered and placed above a simmering court bouillon. Cover and cook: 2-3 min for 250 g, 3-4 min for 500 g.
