This St Hallett creation blends Shiraz, Grenache, and the lesser-known Touriga Nacional grape varieties. The Shiraz and Grenache components establish lush red and purple fruit characters throughout the profile. Touriga is incorporated to introduce a delicate rose petal note to the aroma and a distinct touch of spice on the palate.
This balanced composition ensures a structured yet approachable drinking experience.

This unique St Hallett creation blends the age-old bedfellows of Shiraz and Grenache with the lesser-known Touriga Nacional. The Shiraz and Grenache supply the lush red and purple fruit characters, while the Touriga brings a rose petal element to the aroma and a touch of spice to the palate. It is a versatile, food-friendly wine.
Gamekeeper’s Shiraz (53%), Grenache (38%) & Touriga (9%) parcels are sourced from mostly southern Barossa Valley, with red-brown loam over shale soils, perfect for highlighting fresh varietal characters. All varietal parcels are crushed and fermented separately, between 6 and 8 days at 22 to 24 degrees. Post fermentation the wine was matured in stainless steel tanks, with a portion of the Shiraz kept on yeast lees to add complexity and texture, prior to being blended and bottled.
Please drink responsibly: The UK Chief Medical Offers recommend adults do not regularly drink more than 14 units per week
