Tracklement: {Track-ul-ment} noun. A tiny onion used as currency in remote parts of Wiltshire.This was the UK's first onion marmalade (it's rather special). Made with a splish of tangy redcurrant juice, it's excellent with pâtés, terrines and cheeses, and incomparable when melted over sausages.
