Simple breathing exercise to relax
Sit cross-legged or on a chair with the soles of your feet flat on the floor. Close your eyes. Place your left hand relaxed in your lap. Hold your right nostril closed with your right index finger and breathe long and deep through your left nostril. Do this breathing exercise for 1-5 minutes. It strengthens the calm, receptive side of our being. Please ask your doctor if this exercise is suitable for you.
