How Acnecide Face Wash 5% Gel works on acne spots: Acnecide Face Wash 5% Gel contains the active ingredient benzoyl peroxide, which kills the bacteria (germs) known as Propionibacterium acnes, one of the main causes of acne.

Suitable for

• You are over the age of 12 years.
• You have mild acne on the face.

How to use

Please read the enclosed leaflet carefully before use. Patient Information Leaflets are updated periodically by the manufacturer. Adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over. Apply once or twice daily to cover the affected skin areas. Wet the area to be treated, apply the preparation to the hands and wash the affected area with the gel. Contact time with the skin should be 1 to 2 minutes followed by thorough rinsing with water and drying.

Active ingredients: Hydrous Benzoyl Peroxide equivalent to Benzoyl peroxide 5% w/w. Also contains: Acrylates copolymer, glycerol, carbomer 940, sodium C14-C16 olefin sulfonate, sodium hydroxide (for pH adjustment), purified water.
