Alka-Seltzer XS is an effervescent pain relief tablet from trusted UK brand Bayer. Each tablet combines aspirin, paracetamol and caffeine to deliver rapid relief from migraine, toothache and muscular pain. Dissolve two tablets in water every four hours as needed.
