Preparation
What you'll need: 500g Allinson's strong white bread flour, 7g Allinson's vitamin D fast action yeast, 1.5 tsp Billington's unrefined golden caster sugar, 1.5 tsp salt, 1 tbsp butter (softened), 300ml warm water. Hand baking only - 1 sachet makes 1 large loaf. The yeast is intended for baking and should not be eaten raw.
