Ingredients: Water, Onions (11%), Garlic Purée (9%), Lemon Juice, Spice Mix (7%) [Chilli Flakes, Paprika Powder, Salt, Birds Eye Chilli], Tomato Paste, Sunflower Oil, Spirit Vinegar, Modified Tapioca Starch, Colours (Plain Caramel, Paprika Extract), Stabilisers (Xanthan Gum, Propane-1,2-Diol Alginate), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Chilli Flakes, Flavouring, Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid)
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated and best within 4 weeks. For best before end: see bottle neck.
Preparation and Usage: Coat meat, fish or vegetables with the sauce, and marinade for a minimum of 20 minutes in the fridge before cooking in the oven, grill, frying pan or BBQ. For extra flavour add more sauce for the last 5 minutes of cooking time. Delicious with chicken, or why not try with salmon. Ensure the dish is piping hot and cooked through before serving.
