Batch 30. At the crossroads of perfumery and distillation, this boldly aromatic gin is an entirely unique interpretation of a classic spirit. Bright top notes of pink pepper, juniper, and cardamom are enveloped by a rich body of ginger and cinnamon, with a base of distilled honey, vanilla, and a filigree of tonka. Each botanical is macerated and distilled separately under vacuum to create a liquid photograph of its aromatic core. These individual extracts are then blended together with french wheat spirit.
