Preparation: Required: 2 medium eggs, 200ml water, cooking oil, Yorkshire pudding tray, mixing bowl, pouring jug. Oven cook: From Ambient. 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas mark 7, 20-25 mins. 1. Add the Yorkshire pudding mix, eggs and water into a bowl, whisk until smooth and transfer into a pouring jug. 2. Add a teaspoon of oil into each well of your Yorkshire pudding tray and heat for 10-15 mins until very hot. 3. Pour the batter into between 1/2 to 3/4 of each well and cook for 20-25 mins (until golden). Tip: make sure to keep the oven door closed whilst cooking. 4. Remove from the oven and serve. 5. Take care when removing the Yorkshires from the tray as any residual oil will be very hot. - Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot. - These instructions are guidelines only.
