Usage: Use Before Bed. Please read enclosed leaflet before use. Application: Twist off the end tab, sit or lie in a comfortable position and gently insert the applicator to release the gel. HerVitality Moisture Gel is compatible with polyisoprene and polyurethane condoms. HerVitality Moisture Gel is not compatible with natural rubber latex condoms. To help combat dryness use HerVitality Moisture Gel daily for 5 days then reduce usage to two or three times a week as required.
