This Saucisson sec is made in the Aveyron region in France. A recipe handed down through two generations using pigs reared in France. Matured in a natural casing to develop the meaty and aromatic flavour. Using traditional methods of the region and stuffed by hand. With a satisfying meaty texture, it's a perfect addition to any charcuterie plate or picnic.
