Working closely with Strathearn Distillery, a family-run business located in the heart of Perthshire, Scotland to create this special whisky. They hand-pick their barley and delicately combine it with yeast to catalyse the fermentation process. After three years of maturing in barrels, a delicious scotch is finally created. The scotch is then expertly blended using honey from Beeble's hives to create a smooth, rich, honey-infused liqueur with the perfect touch of natural sweetness.
