Citric acid, Sodium hydrogen carbonate, Magnesium sulphate, Sorbitol, Calcium carbonate, Guarana seeds dry extract, Magnesium carbonate, Flavouring (Acerola flavour), Colour (Beet red), Mannitol, Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid), Pantothenic acid (calcium pantothenate), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride), Vitamin B1 (Thiamin), Maltodextrin, Antifoaming agent (Polysorbate 60), Folic acid (Pteroylmonoglutamic acid), Biotin Trisodium citrate, Vitamin B12 (Cyanocoblamin).

Advisory Information:

Berocca can be taken every day throughout the year but should not be used to replace a well-balance diet and healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of 1 tablet. Not recommended for children, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding (contains 75mg of caffeine per tablet). You are advised not to consume more than 400mg of caffeine per day from all sources. Do not take in combination with ephedrine or other stimulants. Berocca is not suitable for people with iron absorption or kidney problems or for children under the age of 18 years old. Do not store above 30°C, keep the tube tightly closed. For best before end date (BBE), see side of pack. Keep product and empty tube out of the sight and reach of young children.

Directions:

Drop a tablet into a bottle or glass of water, leave it to fizz and enjoy! Take once a day.
