Blue Dragon Hoisin & Garlic Stir Fry Sauce is an aromatic stir fry sauce made with soybean paste, soy sauce, garlic and spices, delivering a rich sweet-savoury flavour inspired by classic Asian cuisine.

Serves 2

You'll Need:

• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
• 400g chicken breast, sliced
• 2-3 spring onions, sliced
• 1 yellow pepper, sliced
• 1 pouch Blue Dragon Hoisin & Garlic Stir Fry Sauce
• Blue Dragon Noodles or rice

Method:

• 1. Heat a wok until very hot and add the vegetable oil.
• 2. Stir fry the chicken for 3 minutes until sizzling and lightly browned.
• 3. Add the spring onions and yellow pepper and cook for 1 minute.
• 4. Pour in the Hoisin & Garlic Stir Fry Sauce and heat through for a further minute.
• 5. Toss through cooked Blue Dragon Noodles or serve with rice.

Top Tip: For a different twist, try swapping the chicken for duck breast.

For a vegetarian or vegan meal, replace the chicken with tofu, tempeh, plant-based pieces or extra vegetables such as mushrooms, pak choi, broccoli and peppers.
