Coconut Milk (79%) [Coconut Extract, Water, Stabiliser (Cellulose Gum)], Rendang Curry Paste (20%) [Creamed Coconut (6%), Red Chilli (2.5%), Sugar, Garlic, Ground Spices (Coriander, Cinnamon, Clove, White Pepper, Cumin, Nutmeg), Galangal, Onion, Shallot, Lemongrass, Salt, Ginger, Turmeric, Yeast Extract, Coriander Root, Lime Peel, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Antioxidant (Tocopherol-Rich Extract)], Dried Spices (1%) [Dried Red Chilli, Star Anise]

• Sizzle - Fry the onions for 1 minute, then add the beef or other protein. Fry until sealed, then add the Rendang Curry Paste, gently frying for 1 minute.
• Stir - Pour in the coconut milk and bring to a boil, stirring until the paste dissolves.
• Simmer - Add the dry spices and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve with steamed rice, and enjoy!

• Diced beef sirloin or other protein
• 1 small onion

• Sizzle - Get your wok smoking hot and add a splash of oil. Add the onion, fry for 1 minute, then add the beef or other protein until sealed. Reduce heat to medium, add the Rendang Curry Paste, stir through coating the meat, and gently fry for 1 minute.
• Stir - Pour in the coconut milk and bring to a boil, stirring until the paste dissolves. Don't worry if the coconut milk has separated or solidified, this is natural and will return to normal when heated and stirred.
• Simmer - Add the dry spices and simmer for 5 minutes until cooked through. Serve with steamed rice, and enjoy!
