Preparation and usage

Panang curry for 4

• Sizzle: Heat oil in a pan and fry off 300g of chicken until cooked through, toss in a sliced red pepper & stir fry for a minute.
• Stir: Pour in a jar of Panang curry sauce and bring to the boil.
• Enjoy: Serve over cooked fluffy rice and enjoy!
