Sweet Chilli & Garlic Stir Fry Recipe

Serves 2-3

You'll Need:

• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
• 400g chicken breast
• 2-3 spring onions, sliced
• A handful of mangetout
• A handful of baby corn
• 1 pouch Blue Dragon Sweet Chilli & Garlic Stir Fry Sauce
• Blue Dragon Noodles or steamed rice

Method:

• 1. Heat a wok until very hot and add the vegetable oil.
• 2. Stir fry the chicken for 3 minutes until sizzling and lightly browned.
• 3. Add the spring onions, mangetout and baby corn and cook for 1 minute.
• 4. Pour in the Sweet Chilli & Garlic Stir Fry Sauce and heat through for a further minute.
• 5. Toss through cooked Blue Dragon Noodles or serve with steamed rice.

Vegetarian Recipe

For a vegetarian or vegan meal, replace the chicken with tofu, tempeh, plant-based pieces or additional vegetables such as broccoli, peppers and mushrooms.
