How to use

• Place on a flat surface.
• Plug the Adapter into a mains outlet and insert into the Adapter Connector.
• The On/Off button will flash red.
• Sit down and place your feet inside each Foot Chamber.
• Press On/Off once. The massage will start automatically on Mode 1 compression, with low speed and heat function activated.
• The timer will default to 15 minutes.
• Press Mode to select the desired compression intensity. There are 3 intensities to choose from - low, medium & high. Note: When compression is turned off, the Mode Indicator will not be visible.
• Press Speed to adjust the massage speed. There are 2 speeds available - low & high. Note: When speed is turned off, the Speed Indicator will not be visible.
• Press Time to choose between a 15- or 30-minute session.
• Press Heat to switch the heating function On or Off. Note: When heating is off, the Heat Indicator will not be visible
• The Display will indicate your current selections for Mode, Speed, Time and Heat.
• All of the features can be used separately or simultaneously.
