For secure fit, choose from nine combinations of ear tips and stability bands. Three listening modes are available: Quiet Mode (full noise cancellation), Aware Mode (transparency), and Immersion Mode (noise cancellation with Immersive Audio). Touch controls on the earbuds manage playback, volume, track switching, and mode cycling. Calls are handled with noise-rejecting microphones and AI-based background noise suppression; calls can be taken through one or both earbuds. Bluetooth multipoint allows switching between devices, and Bluetooth 5.3 provides a strong connection within 30 feet. The Bose app enables further customisation, including adjustable EQ and custom modes. Battery life is up to 6 hours in Quiet or Aware Mode (up to 4 hours with Immersive Audio). The charging case holds three additional full charges. Charge time is 120 minutes.
