A Cambrook twist on this classic Spanish bar snack. We season our crunchy roasted giant corn with a subtle black truffle and sprinkle with a lively pecorino cheese and sea salt.
Giant corn is grown in the Sacred Valley of the Incas high in the Peruvian Andes. Back down to earth in our roastery we add the seasoning to give the golden corn its unique Cambrook crunch.
