To determine the correct ring size, measure the circumference of the finger in millimetres using a tape measure at a time when the hand is neither hot nor cold. The chosen size must pass easily along the full length of the finger. Note that the two hands differ slightly in size; a ring worn on a finger of the left hand will not fit the same finger on the right hand perfectly. All Cartier rings are measured in millimetres.
