To determine the correct size, measure the wrist and add 1 cm for a tighter fit or 2 cm for a looser fit. To put on the bracelet, use the included screwdriver to turn the screw a quarter turn anti-clockwise to unlock. After placing the bracelet on the wrist, lock it by turning the screw a quarter turn clockwise.
