Cooking instructions: General
Ready to eat but for best results pan fry using a griddle pan. Remove all packaging. No need to press. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Check product is piping hot before serving.
Hob: From Chilled
5 minutes. Chop the tofu into pieces. Preheat 1 tbsp of oil. Fry over medium heat, turning frequently. Use in a recipe of your choice.
Grill: From Chilled
5-8 minutes. Chop the tofu into pieces and place on a lightly oiled tray. Preheat grill. Grill on medium heat, turning halfway.
