Traditional Method. An Exceptional Sparkling Wine Pressed from Hand Picked Grapes. Chapel down grand reserve is a rich, complex and elegant English sparkling wine, with notes of ripe apple, fresh red berries and toasted brioche. We make it in the garden of England where the terroir and cool maritime climate is perfect for sparkling wine. A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot noir and Pinot Meunier, it is made using the first gentle pressing of the grapes to extract the best juice before extended ageing in bottle. Josh Donaghay-Spire
