For a natural day look, apply with fingers: work the product back and forth across the eyelid in a windscreen-wiper motion. If reaching the inner corner with a finger is difficult, run an Eye Smudger Brush along the lash line and into the inner corner, then use the brush under the lower lash line and blend with a finger. For a more intense evening look, apply with Charlotte's Blender Brush; lightly dampening the brush changes the finish from chiffon to liquid lamé.
