Clairol Blonde It Up Crystal Glow Luminous Pearl toner reduces brass and adds shimmering, pearlescent cool tones. You'll also get high-gloss shine that will magnify your blonde and leave your hair feeling incredibly smooth and conditioned. To top it off, the Crystal Finish Treatment adds even more luminous shine after toning. Designed to be used on colour-treated blondes, bleached blondes, natural light blondes, highlights and balayage - whether you coloured at home or at the salon. Our TruTone System with 0% ammonia, neutralises unwanted warm tones, adds high-gloss shine, and a sheer veil of colour for up to 3 weeks.
