Usage: Serving Suggestion: Used as a general thickener in sweet and savoury cooking, ground arrowroot is ideal for glazes on cakes and fruit flans, because unlike flour or cornflour, it will remain clear when set. As a general guide, for a flan glaze add 3 tsp (rounded) to 300ml of liquid. Make a paste with the ground arrowroot first, then stir into the liquid and bring to the boil. Once boiling, remove from the heat immediately.
