Storage: Store closed in a cool dry place away from heat source and direct sunlight. For best before date see base of carton.
Directions for Use: Gently knead the tube before use. Add small amounts to your icing, frosting or cake batter until desired colour is achieved. Stir well between each addition. Add up to 10g of colour gel to 500g of cake batter or icing. More gel can be used elsewhere in the cake but the average above should not be exceeded.
