Usage Instructions: Lightly dust your work surface with icing sugar, if cold, knead icing a little until pliable before rolling out. To cover a marzipanned cake, slightly moisten the marzipan with boiled water. If the cake is not marzipanned, first brush the cake with boiled jam, preferably apricot, to ensure icing stays in place. Lift the icing over the cake using the palm of the hand and trim excess icing. To give a sheen to the surface, smooth with palm of hand. Icing will set firmly and cut cleanly without cracking. 1 pack covers a 6 inch cake. Any unused icing should be wrapped in polythene or kitchen foil to prevent crusting.
