Preparation and usage

How to make

• In a small bowl add 100g of the Puff Puff Dough Mix and add 70ml of water (for every 500g of Puff Puff Mix add 350ml water) and stir well.
• Stand aside for 15 mins.
• Pour oil into a deep pan. The oil should be at least 3 inches deep. Let the oil heat up and scoop the batter into the oil with your hand. You can also use an ice cream scoop.
• Flip the batter till it's golden brown.
• Place on a kitchen towel to drain the excess oil.
