Storage: For best before, see base of pack....Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight....Once opened, keep bag tightly closed and eat within a month.
Usage: To make your Instant Overnight Oats, simply pour the oat mix into a bowl, cover with cold milk, stir, then leave to sit for two minutes. To make them extra creamy, stir in a tablespoon of coconut yogurt too.
Serving Suggestion: We use 45 g of Instant Overnight Oats to 75 ml of any milk.
