Ingredients: Fresh Potato (74%), Wheat Flour, Salt, Sunflower Oil

Storage and Usage: Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Enjoy by use by date or within 2 days of opening.

Cooking Instructions:

  • Serve on a warm plate with a drizzle of olive oil or your favourite sauce.
  • Deep Fry: 1 min 30. Place gnocchi in deep fat fryer set to 180°C. Cook until golden.
  • Shallow Fry: 2 min 30. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a shallow pan. Add the gnocchi and gently stir until golden.
  • Microwave: 800W, 3 minutes. Place gnocchi in a microwavable dish and cover. Microwave for 3 minutes on high power.
  • Hob: Add gnocchi to salted, boiling water for 1 minute or until they rise to the surface.
