Dell'Ugo San Marzano and Burrata Fiorelli Pasta

Full product name: Free range egg pasta filled with ricotta cheese, mascarpone, mozzarella cheese, San Marzano tomatoes and burrata cheese.

Sweet and fruity San Marzano tomatoes and rich Italian burrata, delicately wrapped in fresh, free range egg pasta parcels.

Storage: Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened consume within 2 days. Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within use by date. Use within 3 months. Do not re-freeze. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.

Preparation and Usage: Serves 2.

• Bring a pan of salted water to the boil.
• Add your pasta. No need to pull the parcels apart, they will separate during cooking.
• Boil gently for 3 minutes (4 minutes if frozen) then drain carefully.
• Serve in warmed bowls with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, melted butter or your favourite sauce. Don't forget to add some shavings of Parmigiano Reggiano.
