Application: we recommend lighting your candle with a match to avoid any risk of burning yourself. During the first burn, make sure to let the candle burn until a uniform pool of melted wax has formed (about 4 hours depending on the scent). This prevents the wax from tunneling and allows the wicks to absorb the wax properly, ensuring an even burn thereafter. Wicks may produce a small amount of smoke when first lit.
