Established in 2019, Domaine Thivolle was created by Xavier Thivolle from carefully selecting existing parcels for the characteristic of their soils and a winery located at the top of the Chiroubles appellation.
Tasting Notes: Strong notes of cherry, raspberry and wine peach are present on the nose. The palate is fruity with good length.
