Preparation and usage: Create dried apple and oatmeal cookies. Preheat oven to 160°C fan. Cream together 115g unsalted butter, 100g light brown sugar & 50g caster sugar. Beat in 1 egg & 1 tsp vanilla extract. In a separate bowl mix 120g plain flour, 160g oats, 50g chopped Dried Pink Lady® Apple, 50g raisins, 50g chopped nuts, 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/4 tsp nutmeg & 1/4 tsp salt. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Scoop onto trays, flatten, and bake for 10-12 minutes.
