Originally created to satisfy the special demands of the British market, we have reproduced this historic style in its original form, using two wines; an Oloroso Sherry dating back to the 18th century, and a younger, sweetly aromatic Pedro Ximénez. It is sourced from Fortnum's very own Solera in Jerez - a tribute to our special relationship with Bodegas Tradicion.
