Imbued with ginger, cardamom and cinnamon, the festive tint comes from blending two different flower petals, allowing it to naturally turn blush pink when tonic is added.
The vibrant hues of this gin are derived from petals abundant in natural anthocyanins, known for creating the blue, violet, and red pigments we see in the natural world. The magic occurs when you introduce a tonic or another mixer to the gin, altering the pH and transforming the anthocyanin from deep red to pink!
