YOU'LL NEED (SERVES 4): 1 pack Frood Golden Curry Blend, 500g protein (mince or diced meat, beans, lentils, or tofu), 500ml water, 2 tbsp oil of your choice. OPTIONAL: 100-200ml coconut milk (reduce water accordingly).

• Heat the oil over medium heat.
• Add protein and cook until lightly browned (5-6 mins for mince or meat; skip for tofu, tempeh, beans or lentils).
• Stir in the Frood blend until combined.
• Add water (and beans/lentils if using) and simmer for a minimum of 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. OPTIONAL: For a creamier curry, stir through coconut milk in the final 5 minutes.
