Preparation and Usage YOU'LL NEED (SERVES 4): 1 pack Frood Swedish Meatball Blend, 500g mince (meat or vegan), 1 small egg (or vegan substitute), 125ml milk (dairy or plant-based). Use 75-100ml liquid with lean meat like chicken or turkey. 2 tbsp butter, or oil of your choice. HOW TO MAKE: 1) Mix the Frood blend and milk in a bowl. 2) Leave to rest for 5-6 minutes. 3) Add the mince and egg, then mix well. 4) Shape into meatballs. 5) Fry in butter, ghee or extra virgin olive oil over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
